The Main Lake

Skimmers and bream are being caught useing pellet feeder with corn and shelfish bollie although worm is as productive as anything.

Bream still showing in abundance today(wed/4/10) peg38, Steve Hallam on pellet feeder hair rig corn, 18 bream+1 tench+1carp.
Some carp are now feeding, match at weekend saw 5 caught and 2 lost
Dave Clarkson( Flow Star) had a very good day(Thursday 4/3/10)on the main lake peg6, fishing micro pellet feeder with 8mm shelfish bollie about 50meters, he arrived at 7a.m and started fishing at 8a.m, within the first 2 hours he had landed 5 quality bream average 5lb, it went quiet for about an hour but then it was frantic in 9 casts he landed another 9 bream, over the next 3 hours the fish came along regulary with a total of 22 bream and on the last cast a Ghost carp about 14lbs, in total over 120lb.Look out for the full article in next months(May) IMPROVE YOUR COARSE FISHING magazine( Photo's included)

The Canal Lake

Lots of small silvers are feeding in all pegs, mainly close in on top 2&3, pinky and single maggot seem to be the best baits, odd tench showing on corn in the middle.

Canal now producing some good weights, Carp from the far bank on bomb or method using corn or shelfish bollie, also on pole at 7 - 9 meters some nice ide and Tench coming out on pellet to 3lb
Scot Rispin did the ton(116.1lbs) in Saturdays match(10/7/10)peg18,he fished method with pellet to the far bank, mainly carp to 6lbs plus some big Ide and tench

The Neck

Lots of small silvers coming out on the waggler using single maggot.Some tench now feeding on corn. Some carp showing also on paste,pellet and meat on the pole.

Carp,tench and skimmers are now feeding on pellet on the pole at 12/14 meters.

Dave Clarkson from Flow Star easily won Tuesday's match(20/7/10) .Dave fished pole at 9&3 meters with 3 swim's, using soft pellet and meat, he caught 12 carp, 8 tench and 4 barble with a total 100.4lbs
