On the left of the track as you drive down the fishery is the Carp Lake, it is 1.3 acres in size with a maximum depth of 9ft. It has 21 pegs with a footpath linking each peg and has a car park at each end.
It has recently been restocked (2003) with 25,000 fish, these include Mirror, Common, Ghost and Crucian Carp, Chub, Roach, Rudd, Bream, Tench and Ide. The top pleasure catch for 2003 was 220lbs of carp and chub on peg 3. Local matches have had weights in excess of 50lbs individually and total weights in excess of 250lbs regularly.

To the right of the track which runs the length of the venue, is the Main Lake which is 5.9 acres in size with a maximum depth of 20ft at the northern end. It has 46 fishing pegs available with a path linking them all. At the southern end, it also has a wooden bridge linking it to a Lake of 1.3 acres called The Neck. This has 16 marked fishing pegs and at the southern end in front of the Holiday Cabins there are a further 6 double pegs exclusively for the Cabin residents.
The Main Lake has a very good stock of Bream, Tench, Roach and Perch, but also has Carp up to 35lbs. We have introduced some mature Carp of 20lbs+ and will be restocking it with Tench, Bream and small Carp between 2003/2004.
The top pleasure catch was 60lbs.5oz from peg 44 and 30-40lbs from pegs 5 – 10 roadside in 2003. There are 3 parking pegs around the Main Lake.
